The Challenge
A gourmet food and spice brand with a high quality product partnered with the agency to scale their brand online. After scaling them on Amazon to a place where they reached the top 10 organic ranking in most of their categories, the growth started to stagnate. PPC experts also started studying customer behavior data trying to find unaddressed gaps. The team found some interesting patterns in buying and impressions data which the team wanted to utilize.
