LN Digital, a Brazil-based seller, began their Amazon PPC journey in 2023. The company first tested the U.S. marketplace before strategically pivoting to focus on Brazil. Today, LN Digital specializes in domestic utility products, with a strong presence in the water filter category.

The Challenge

The client first approached us with a concern that their Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) was alarmingly high and were determined to improve ad efficiency and unlock better campaign performance.

Despite their efforts, manual optimization was a time-consuming grind. Ad spend increased with lower returns. On top of that, the data felt overwhelming. They lacked clarity on how to access, interpret, or apply it in a way that could drive results.

 

In search of answers, the client enrolled in an external crash course on Amazon advertising. During the course, their mentor personally recommended SellerMate.AI as a trusted solution for Amazon PPC optimization and automation. Problem Identification

Identifying Budget Drains and Inefficient Spend Drivers

SellerMate’s team worked closely with the client to deep dive into their campaign data and uncover the reasons for high ACoS. Using daily and hourly heatmaps, the client was able to pinpoint non-peak hours with high spend and no returns. These insights revealed that the budget was being consumed during low-conversion time slots, which spiked the ACOS.​

The Results

Within just 30 days, the account achieved significant improvements across key advertising metrics. Shopper engagement rose sharply, with CTR increasing by 17.5% and CVR nearly doubling (+98%). This translated into a 127% jump in ad-driven purchases and a 48.6% uplift in ad sales, directly boosting revenue. Importantly, these gains came alongside improved efficiency. ACoS dropped by 5%, while ROAS climbed by 5.3%, proving that growth was balanced with profitability.
